Returns
Eligibility for returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all packaging materials (case, cleaning cloth, etc.).
- Prescription lenses are non-refundable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards.
- Customized or engraved frames.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Return process

- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Refunds
Processing refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Partial refunds
Refunds may be partial for items returned with signs of use or missing parts.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for incorrect or defective items. Please contact us within 2 days to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or defective items
If your glasses arrive damaged or defective:
